Engineering Intern
We do not care about your GPA or pedigree. All we care about is what you can build. This will be a 6 months onsite internship where you will ship AI agents that real people use. You will get to work directly with the founders, the cracked tech team and mainly you need to ship fast with AI.
What you'll actually do
If you join us, You won't be working on random side projects or fixing button colors. you will be:
- Working directly with the founders.
- Building and shipping AI agents To talk to users, gather requirements, and match with the right providers, agents to take care of profile creation and updating and a lot more.
- Helping us define how the platform will work for users, providers and the mytribe team.
You will vibe with us if
- You are gungho for building a lot of AI agents, not just traditional software.
- You are someone who can abuse AI tools to get shit done faster.
- You can take vague problems and turn them into wins.
- You enjoy building new systems from scratch rather than just following what already exists.

The internship structure
- Duration. Six months, on site in bengaluru.
- Stipend. ₹40,000 per month.
- Outcome. Comes with a PPO. If you crack it, ₹8-12L along with handsome equity.

A lot of phone calls and explaining the same requirement to all these providers, vetting them and then there is the fear of you know, you booked the provider and then they don’t show up or do a really bad job. we are fixing these issues with mytribe.
You message us on WhatsApp, AI reads your requirement and asks you a lot of questions. It also helps you visualize whatever ideas you have in your head and matches you with the right provider. Our curation team checks the matches before they are sent to you. We will be giving only the right few vetted providers, In a custom proposal with the real prices and availability. You can pick and hire them directly, and payments will be in escrow until the work is done.
