Arena polo is essentially the more accessible cousin of traditional field polo. Because it takes place in a smaller, enclosed sand arena, the game is faster, more intimate, and significantly easier to learn for someone new to the sport.

My setup at Gwal Pahari is designed to take the intimidation out of learning. We focus on building your confidence in the saddle first, then layer in the specific skills of polo—swinging the mallet, ball control, and team positioning.

We train under the supervision of NCC coaches who understand that technique is more important than raw power.
