What We Handle
- Track & Field Logistics: We provide artificial turf strips and professional-grade synthetic carpet for race tracks. We use rope and pole cordoning to maintain safety for both toddlers and older participants.
- Spectator Infrastructure: Comfort is key. We set up 10x10 ft white Pagoda canopy tents to provide shade for guests, first aid stations, and seating for parents. We arrange seating in audience rows to ensure clear views of the field.
- Audio & Announcing: An event is only as good as its sound. We deploy outdoor PA systems, including JBL or Yamaha speakers on stands, and provide a dedicated technician to manage the console for fanfares and background scores. Wireless microphones are standard so the commentary remains uninterrupted.
