Whether it is getting the perfect sharp edge on a cream cake or engineering a gravity-defying structure that actually stays put, I am obsessed with the details. It is not just about mixing ingredients; it is about making sure your vision survives the trip to your venue. When you see the final result, you are seeing the result of hours of testing to ensure it stands, looks, and tastes exactly how we planned.
Real talk, baking is messy. I call myself 'The Fidgety Pastry Chef' for a reason because my hands are always doing something. Whether I am hand-sculpting a fondant elephant for a baby shower or airbrushing a massive Barbie cake, I am constantly learning.
The Engineering Behind the Magic
I am a total nerd for stability. If you want a 5-tier tower or an illusion cake, I am using food-safe rods, dowels, and structural MDF boards. I will not risk your special day with a cake that topples.

You want the look of fondant but the taste of fresh buttercream? I have mastered the sharp-edge cream finish just for that. No more chewy fondant that stays on the plate.
My Process
I sketch. I test. Sometimes I fail—yes, I have definitely had those 'ye dukh kaahe khatam nahin hota' moments—but I start over until it is right. I believe in being real, so I share the process, the tutorials, and the reality of the work. When you book a cake, you are getting the hours of trial and error I put into making sure it is perfect.
