Assembling large, multi-tiered cakes on-site is a delicate process, especially with guests watching. I personally travel to your venue to ensure every floral cascade, floating tier, and LED spacer is perfectly in place, giving you peace of mind and one less thing to worry about on your big day.
Engineering Your Centerpiece
When you order a four or five-tier cake, it is not just about the flavor. It is about physics and presentation. For my taller, multi-tiered creations, I use internal doweling, steel armatures, and specialized, high-stability ganache to keep everything vertical and safe throughout your event. Whether you are opting for a classic stacked look or a modern floating illusion with acrylic spacers and LED lights, the structure is designed to be as sturdy as it is stunning.

The On-Site Setup
I know that bringing a massive cake to a venue is risky. That is why for all my structural masterpieces, I handle the transport and on-site assembly personally. I arrive at your venue, manage the stacking, and place the finishing touches like fresh flowers or fairy lights. My goal is to make sure your cake is flawless, not just when it leaves my kitchen, but when it is displayed in front of your guests. Please keep in mind that these grand designs require a bit of lead time, so I recommend reaching out at least 10 days in advance.
