When you bring me your theme, we start a conversation about what matters to you. Instead of just picking a flavour from a menu, I hand-craft edible cut-outs, stencilled details, and toppers that turn your cake into a piece of your personal story. Whether it is a travel-inspired engagement cake or a whimsical birthday design, I focus on the details that make the cake feel like it truly belongs to your event.
Making it Personal
My process starts with your story. I love hearing about the 'how we met' moments. Whether it is an engagement cake featuring your wedding destination or a funny 'Game Over' bachelorette piece, I ensure the aesthetic matches your specific vibe. I avoid bulky plastic toppers where possible, preferring edible prints, hand-piping, or custom-cut designs that look like miniature art.
Architecture and Taste
Weddings and engagements need stability. For multi-tier cakes, I use internal doweling and high-stability ganache (made with premium chocolate) to ensure it survives the Delhi heat and transport. Being 100% eggless does not mean compromising on texture. My sponges are dense enough for stacking but light on the palate, especially paired with fresh fruit fillings or classic mousse.
How to Plan
Since these are custom-built, please reach out at least 9 to 10 days before your event. This gives me time to source specific fresh flowers or prepare custom stencils. I personally handle the setup at your venue in Delhi NCR, so you do not have to worry about a thing on your big day.
