I'm always learning new things myself. I recently attended a workshop to learn how to sculpt flowers with chocolate cream. This is a printout of the dahlia design we learned to create.
Here is the two-tiered cake with chocolate-sculpted dahlias that I created during the workshop. It was a struggle at first, but I really enjoyed the process once I got the hang of it. I'm excited to practice this technique more before offering it for orders.

About Learn Fondant Art With Me
My in-person sessions are strictly limited to four students. This isn't a demo where you just watch; it is a full day of 1-on-1 hand correction. We cover everything from building internal wire armatures to fixing common issues like cracked fondant on the spot, so you leave with the confidence to build your own toppers for any theme.
Understanding the 'Why' Behind Fondant
Many workshops teach you to copy a design, but they don't explain why the fondant behaves the way it does. In my Malleswaram studio, we break it down. Whether we are sculpting a fairy figure for a birthday cake or working on complex animal anatomy in the online course, the focus is on mastering the fundamentals of structural integrity.
