Hand-Sculpted Fondant Figurines and Toppers
I turn your unique ideas into edible, hand-sculpted art. From personalized couple toppers to detailed hobby figures, each piece is crafted to make your cake truly one-of-a-kind.
Watch me assemble this adorable fondant girl figurine, complete with a multi-layered rainbow tutu skirt. Each layer of her dress is individually placed to create a beautiful, ruffled effect, making her the perfect topper for a sweet birthday cake.
A truly special way to welcome a new baby. I created these miniature fondant blocks to record the baby's birth stats, including the date, time, weight, and height. These tiny, personalized details make for a wonderful keepsake.
A closer look at the custom birth announcement toppers. Each block features a hand-painted detail, like the calendar, clock, and kettlebell, making it a unique and memorable part of a baby welcome cake.
This cute, hand-sculpted baby elephant was the star of a welcome cake for a baby prince. I focus on creating sweet, expressive faces and clean details to bring these little fondant animals to life.

A close-up of the handcrafted couple for an engagement cake. I love capturing the details of traditional attire, like the groom's dhoti and the bride's intricate red saree, to make the figures a true reflection of the couple.
This detailed shot shows the delicate painting and sculpting on the fondant couple topper. From the groom's beard to the bride's expression, every element is carefully considered.
Here is the hand-sculpted Simba topper I made for a Lion King themed cake. I take pride in capturing the character's expression and details, making him instantly recognizable for a child's birthday.
A different view of the fondant Simba, highlighting the careful layering of colors and the detailed work on his facial features. These toppers are fully edible and make a great centerpiece.
Hakuna Matata! Here's a close-up of the fondant Timon figurine, leaning against the cake. I enjoyed sculpting his relaxed and quirky expression.
About Hand-Sculpted Figurines & Toppers
When you choose a design with these figurines, I typically prepare a 1.5kg to 2.5kg double-barrel cake. That extra height is crucial because it provides the necessary surface area and structural support to keep your toppers, whether they are workout gear or tiny portrait figures, secure and upright for your display.
I do not just place generic toppers on a cake. I hand-sculpt every piece from scratch to match your specific vision. If you are celebrating an engagement, I focus on the intricate details of traditional attire, such as saree textures or groom wear. If it is for a baby shower, I can create tiny, edible building blocks that display the specific birth date, time, and weight.
Since I work primarily with sugar paste, these projects require precision. I suggest placing your order 3 to 5 days before the event. This gives me the necessary time to sculpt, dry, and ensure the figures are perfect.
For larger or heavier figures, I use internal dowels to ensure stability. If your venue is far from my kitchen, I often pack delicate toppers separately. This way, you can place them on the cake just before cutting to ensure nothing breaks during the drive. Everything is made with premium ingredients and FSSAI-registered practices, so you get quality that looks as good as it tastes.
