My take on henna goes beyond traditional patterns. Whether it is a realistic peony or a custom-drawn portrait, I love mixing fine art with the timeless beauty of natural henna.

Watch me create a decorative frame around this portrait. Adding a border with vines and detailed corners is a great way to make a central design pop.

This design started as a random doodle and turned into one of my favorite artistic pieces. The portrait of a woman with long, flowing hair is framed to look like a beautiful piece of art on the arm.

A close-up of the woman's face from my framed portrait doodle. I love the expressive eyes and the texture created in her hair.

A detail shot of the flowing hair, showing how the lines extend beyond the frame to create a sense of movement and freedom.

This video shows the process of creating a realistic peony design. I use different shading techniques to give the petals depth and a lifelike appearance.

A quick reveal of a design that combines all my favorite things to draw: a stylized female figure, blooming flowers, and elegant peacocks.

The full two-hand design, showcasing a beautiful contrast between the figurative and floral work on one hand and the bold peacock and lotus design on the other.

A closer look at the hand featuring the female figure and cascading flowers. The hanging floral elements add a delicate touch to the design.

A detailed close-up of the stylized portrait from this artistic set. The soft expression and flowing hair give it a dreamy, illustrative quality.

About Artistic & Floral Henna

When I create these artistic pieces, I treat your skin like a sketchbook. Most of these designs start with a light tracework sketch directly on your arm to get the proportions of the hair or petals exactly right. It takes a bit more time than traditional patterns, but it is the only way to get that 'framed art' look where the henna design feels like it is moving with your skin.
