About this collection
When we say pathway, we mean moving from the training ground to a contract. Our system is built to get you playing time in the KSFA A-Division and beyond, not just running laps. You will go through rigorous video analysis, S&C coaching, and 30+ competitive matches a season because, at this level, that is the only way to get scouted by professional clubs.
Football isn't just about showing up. It is about being ready when the scout is watching. We run a 10-month development program at SAI Grounds in Kengeri specifically for serious players. You train 3 to 4 times a week, but the real work happens in the 30+ matches we play per season. This is where you test your tactical positioning and match fitness against real, competitive opponents.
We have seen our boys move from our youth teams to the Karnataka state squad and BFC Reserves because they learned the difference between playing for fun and playing for a career. We are not here to offer false promises. If you show the grit, what we call 'Shaurya', we back you. Our AFC licensed coaches provide honest feedback on your performance. If you are struggling with a position, we fix it with video analysis. If you are lacking strength, we have strength and conditioning staff to help.
We are a community-focused club, and as many of our players say in local circles, 'Avaru namge support madthare' (They support us). Whether you are a U18 player looking for a break or a senior striker hunting for a contract, this is the environment where you earn your place on the pitch. We are looking for players who want to work their socks off and trust the process.
