Winning this tournament wasn't just about the 1-0 scoreline against Roots FC in the final. It was the result of three years of building our current squad chemistry, specifically focusing on our transition play. When Aayush David Koshy found the net in the 73rd minute, it validated every tactical drill we have been running at our SAI Kengeri sessions throughout the season.
Winning the 2024 Prasanna Kumar Memorial Tournament was a major milestone for our club. Whether it is our U20 prospects or our senior KSFA A-Division squad members, the chemistry on display at the Bangalore Football Stadium was the result of consistent, year-round training.
