Senior Team Scouting Trial Pass
On-Pitch Assessment
- Duration: 90 to 120-minute slot on a full-size 11-a-side pitch (Natural or Artificial Turf).
- Evaluators: Live assessment by AFC 'A' and 'B' License certified coaching staff.
- Format: Guaranteed participation in 11v11 scrimmage (approx 20-30 mins playing time) plus technical drills.
Essentials
- Gear: Use of color-coded squad bibs during the session.
- Hydration: Pitch-side water station access.
- Selection: Verbal confirmation of status (Academy vs Contract) within 48 hours.
Pro-Pathway Academy Season Fee
Training Regime
- Frequency: 3 to 4 days per week (approx 140-160 sessions per season).
- Staffing: Head Coach (AFC 'A' or 'B'), Goalkeeping Coach, and S&C Coach.
- Focus: Tactical positioning, decision making in the final third, and strength conditioning.
Match Experience
- Registration: Fees covered for BDFA 'C' Division or KSFA Youth Leagues.
- Volume: Minimum 30+ matches guaranteed (Official League plus Friendlies).
- Tech: Team video analysis sessions and basic performance data tracking.
Kit & Care
- Uniforms: Includes 1 Home Match Kit, 1 Away Match Kit, and 1 Training Kit.
- Medical: On-field physio support during matches and injury recovery consultation.
- Diet: Basic nutrition plan guidance.

Since 2009, we’ve been building something bigger than just a football club. At BTM FC, we call ourselves the Red Lions for a reason - we fight, we rise, and we always back our own.
What These Trials Are
Our senior team football trials aren’t just a sign-up-and-play event. This is your shot to join a real pro football pathway. We’re scouting for talent to strengthen our KSFA A Division football selection, as well as our feeder clubs. Based on your game, you could land straight into our first team or develop with Rush FC or Garden City FC.
Who We’re Looking For
- Senior players (above 21) aiming for the top squad
- Young talent (U18, U20, U21) who want to work their way up
- Local lads from BTM constituency get a crack at special tournaments too
If You Make the Cut
That’s where the grind starts. Selected players get:
- Full scholarships for our training programs
- Player contracts and actual match time
- Job opportunities with Rush Academy
- Insurance for deserving players
Our coaching team includes AFC License holders with 20+ years’ experience. Expect 3-4 tough sessions a week, S&C, nutrition support, video analysis, physio, and over 30 competitive matches a season.

My Story
We’re BTM Football Club - the Red Lions. Started way back in 2009, always fighting, always coming back. Sixteen years for our first final, and man, that win felt like magic. Not always easy, we’ve had our share of heartbreaks, but Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya - that’s our spirit. Through Rush Academy, we see kids grow, some even making it to ISL clubs. Feels good, being more than a team. We’re family. Football’s our passion, always will be.

Football coaching for all ages - We train everyone, from U7 kids to senior teams, and run elite football coaching for serious players.
Youth to Pro Pathway - Our Rush Academy helps young players move from grassroots to pro levels, including our KSFA A-Division squad.
Elite Training Programs - Year-round, intensive training with AFC licensed coaches, plus strength, nutrition, and video analysis for U18-U21.
Open Trials & Scholarships - We host open football trials in Bangalore and offer scholarships, even jobs, for top senior players.
Community Football - Free training and gear for kids from schools and orphanages. Bengaluru community football for all, no barriers.
Leagues & Tournaments - We organize events like Monday Night League and Ultimate Fives, keeping the city’s football spirit alive.
