A proud moment with Md Saad Ibrahim, who has been with BPSS for three years. His selection to represent Karnataka in the U-20 National Championship is a huge achievement and a milestone for our academy.
This is Ashwin Chakravarty, a player who trained with me for over a decade. His selection for the Senior Karnataka Santosh Trophy team is proof that long-term dedication and quality coaching lead to the highest levels of success.
I am thrilled to see our player Kariappa sign for SUFC, a Super Division Team. After three years of development with us, including playing in the A division, he is ready for the next step in his professional journey.
This is our former captain and goalkeeper, Akash Kola, making a spectacular save. He joined us with little experience and grew into a leader, eventually earning his AIFF 'D' Coaching Certificate and pursuing higher education in the UK.
Nakul Jain, who started with me as a young boy in 2007, is now an AIFF certified D-License coach. His journey from a recreational player to a certified coach embodies the lifelong passion for football that I aim to inspire.
Our player Samanyu Nag, a formidable talent, walking onto the pitch as captain. He has progressed through our system to play in the A Division, showcasing the pathway I provide for dedicated players.
Md Saad Ibrahim with his coaches and teammates. His success is a team effort, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent collectively.
About this collection
It takes more than raw passion to reach the Santosh Trophy or sign with a Super Division team. Our players succeed because we treat every session—from grassroots fun to elite match simulations—as a serious step toward their goals. We combine rigorous fitness drills with tactical game intelligence, ensuring that when our players step into scouting trials, they have the technical foundation to stand out.
Success is a byproduct of consistent habits. At BPSS, we do not believe in overnight miracles. We believe in the pathway we have built since 2007.
Our approach to player development is intentional. It starts with the basics: ball mastery, coordination, and building a genuine love for the game in our younger age groups. As players move into our U-11 to U-21 competitive squads, the focus shifts to match intensity, positional awareness, and advanced strategy.
Why our players get noticed:
- Real League Exposure: We ensure our players gain experience in KSFA Youth Premier League and local BDFA divisions, playing alongside senior athletes to build resilience.
- Coaching Expertise: Our coaches hold AIFF 'D' or 'C' licenses, meaning your training is based on professional standards rather than recreational drills.
- Individual Focus: Whether it is nutritional advice, injury prevention, or one-on-one sessions, we treat the athlete as a whole person, not just a player.
We have seen players join us with minimal experience and transform into captains, state-level representatives, and even certified coaches themselves. If you have the drive, we provide the environment—at Jayanagar, Mathikere, Sadashivanagar, or Frazer Town—to help you reach that next level.
BPSS
Football is our family and our mission. We focus on hard work, sportsmanship, and lifting each other up, ensuring that every player—from a beginner to a competitive league athlete—finds their own path to improvement.
