About this collection
When we host our jersey unveil, it isn't just a photo op. It is the moment our grassroots kids from the Rush Academy and our senior A-Division players stand in the same room. It is the best time to visit if you want to see our 'Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya' motto in action and understand that we prioritize supporting each other over individual ego.
For us at BTM Football Club, football is about much more than what happens on the pitch. Since 2009, we have been building the Red Lions on a foundation of 'Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya'—speed, courage, and victory. But if you talk to any of our players, they won't list our trophies first. They talk about the support system.
Our players often say, 'Avaru namge support madthare' (They support us), and that is the culture we have worked hard to create. Whether you are a U7 kid just starting out or a senior player competing in the BDFA A-Division, you are part of the family. We have had our share of tough losses and gritty wins, but those moments are what make us who we are.
Why Community Matters
We built the Rush Academy to be a real pathway. We wanted to make sure that local talent in Bengaluru has a place to grow from their first kick to a pro career. This means:
- Inclusive Training: From community kids in orphanages to elite prospects, everyone gets the same coaching passion.
- Transparent Leadership: Our coaches are approachable, the management is visible, and we communicate openly.
- Shared Growth: We use modern tools like video analysis, but we teach the old-school values of working your socks off and trusting the process.
