Our pathway is designed to take players and coaches from the grassroots all the way to the 'A' Division. This video shows the fundamental work we do at the youth level, focusing on skill and a love for the game, which forms the foundation for a professional career.

This is a glimpse into the energy and hustle of our youth academy training. We focus on creating a dynamic environment where young players are challenged with varied drills, from dribbling exercises to small-sided games, all under the guidance of our coaching staff.

You do not need a CV full of theory to start here. We care about your drive to learn. Whether you are aiming for your D-license or just want to start with grassroots, our mentorship puts you on the field with our U7 to U12 squads so you can see how real development happens, not just how it looks in a textbook.
Practical Coaching Experience
We don't teach from a whiteboard. You learn by doing. Our coaching pathway is split into two distinct tiers to match your current level of experience and career goals.
3-Month Grassroots Coaching Internship This is for those just starting out. You get 12 weeks of hands-on, on-field learning with our U7 to U12 batches. You will assist in sessions three times a week, learning how to handle kids, run drills, and identify talent. By the end, you earn a Rush Academy Grassroots Certificate and a guaranteed interview for a junior coach role.
6-Month Pro-Pathway & Analytics Mentorship This is for serious coaches looking to reach the next level. You work directly under our AFC 'A' License coaches. You will be in the dugout for U17 and reserve team matches, acting as an assistant analyst. We teach you how to use video analysis to break down match footage, run pre-match activations, and prepare for your AIFF D or C license exams.
