Every year, we host an Awards Evening not just to celebrate goals, but to honor the relationships built on the pitch. From our very first students in 2010 who have grown into young professionals, to our dedicated coaching staff who stick with us for over a decade, we prioritize long-term connections. When you join our weekend training, you are not just enrolling for football drills. You are stepping into a support system that celebrates your child’s growth both as a player and a person.
Building More Than Just Skills
Football is often reduced to trophies and scorelines, but at BYFL, we see it as a foundation for life. Our weekend training sessions, held at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence, are designed to mix high-performance coaching with a supportive environment.

- Long-Term Mentorship: Our AFC-certified coaches work with kids from age 3.5 all the way to competitive league age groups. This continuity allows us to build trust and understand each child's unique development path.
- Parent Involvement: We believe football is a family affair. Whether it is our weekend toddler 'Kidothon' sessions or our competitive league matches, parents are always part of the journey. Our community events, like our Annual Awards Evening, are where we pause to celebrate the progress of every single player, not just the top scorers.
- Creating a Second Home: Our staff includes coaches, ground support, and administrative team members who have been with us for over a decade. This stability creates a safe, familiar, and encouraging atmosphere that helps even the shyest beginners feel confident enough to step onto the turf.

I started BYFL 15 years ago because I wanted a space where football was a bridge to building character. We are not just here to teach drills; we are here to be the extended family that cheers the loudest when your child steps onto the field.
