I don't just paint on your items. Before a single drop of color touches your leather wallet or card holder, I strip the factory coating using specialized deglazers. It is the only way to make sure the art actually adheres and stays there, even with daily use. It is a bit of chemistry mixed with art, but it means your pet's face won't fade or peel off after a month of carrying it around.
When you send me an item for a portrait, I treat it like a miniature canvas. I use 000-size detailing brushes to capture the texture of fur, the glint in an eye, or the specific shape of your dog's ears. It is slow work, but that is where the magic happens.
I use high-grade Angelus paints designed for leather, which stay flexible so they don't crack when you open your wallet or squeeze your card holder into a tight pocket. Once the painting is finished, I apply a professional-grade clear coat sealer that protects the art against friction and water.
