Live Event Artistry

Deliverables & Output

• Output Speed: Approximately 6 to 8 illustrations per hour (one subject per sheet).
• Materials: Professional watercolors and fine-liners on 300gsm cold-press watercolor paper (A5 or A6 size).
• Custom Branding: Paper is pre-printed with the event logo, couple's monogram, or date before the event starts.
• Packaging: Finished artworks are handed to guests in clear protective sleeves or envelopes.

Station Setup

• Equipment: Includes professional portable lighting (warm/cool adjustable), palette, and water jars.
• Requirement: Artist requires a designated table and chair in a well-lit area.

Customization Scope

• Surfaces: Application on client-provided items such as perfume bottles, leather tags, denim jackets, jewelry boxes, or sneaker soles.
• Styles: Choice between Calligraphy (Names/Initials) or Small Art Motifs (Florals, abstract lines).
• Paints: Use of surface-appropriate materials (Angelus for leather, Posca for rigid surfaces) to ensure durability.

Throughput Rates

• Simple Monograms/Initials: 15 to 20 items processed per hour.
• Detailed Motifs: 4 to 6 items processed per hour.

Logistics

• Drying: Includes a small portable drying setup (heat gun or mini fan) for immediate handling.
• Process: Includes a brief 1-minute consultation with the guest to select placement and colors.

Session Format

• Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours of active instruction.
• Activity: Step-by-step guidance on a chosen theme (Canvas painting, Tote Bag styling, or Sneaker customization).
• Staffing: Includes Lead Artist for instruction plus one assistant if the group exceeds 10 participants.

Material Kit (Per Participant)

• Base Item: 1 Canvas (10x12) OR 1 Canvas Tote Bag.
• Tools: Brushes (round and flat), palette, and rental apron.

Client Requirements

• Exclusions: Tables, chairs, and food/beverages must be provided by the client or venue.
