Advanced Swimming Stroke Correction and Technique Training
Speed comes from perfect technique. Stop wasting energy in the water. I break down your freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly in our heated semi-Olympic pool until your form is precise, powerful, and fast. Seedha chalo, get your form right, and let’s get those times down.
In this backstroke drill, we focus on maintaining a straight line and a steady, powerful kick. I correct every detail until your form is perfect for competitive swimming.
This shows a swimmer working on her backstroke endurance. Consistent form, even when tired, is what separates good swimmers from great ones.
About Advanced Stroke Correction
You think you know how to swim, but wait until you get in the water with me. We don't just swim laps, we fix the drag, the reach, and the kick until every movement is efficient. If you are serious about speed and knocking seconds off your timing, bring your gear to Sector 48 and let’s get to work.
Technique matters more than strength. In our competitive swimming squads, we focus on the mechanics of every stroke. We do intensive work on Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Breaststroke. You will use kickboards and pull buoys under my supervision until your drag is minimized and your propulsion is maximized. We train at the GD Goenka School in Sector 48, Gurugram, in a semi-Olympic, heated indoor pool that stays at 26°C to 29°C year-round. This is not for casual swimmers. If you are training for endurance, time trials, or race simulations with diving starts and flip turns, this is your squad. We offer 6 days a week training, with specific focus on race-day drills to shave seconds off your personal bests. We keep the groups focused so I can correct your stroke in real-time. Do not expect an easy session. Expect to be pushed until your technique is flawless.
