Swimming is about feeling the water, not fighting it. At our Faridabad academy, we break down butterfly, backstroke, and freestyle into specific drills that build actual power and efficiency, regardless of your starting level.

Here, our swimmers are mastering the butterfly kick using a board. I guide them to focus on a powerful, controlled kick and core engagement, with students sharing how they feel their endurance and power improving.

Technique is everything. Here, 7-year-old Roohi shows fantastic progress on her butterfly drill during our intermediate class. My focus is always on perfecting the form to build a strong, efficient, and safe swimmer for life.

A butterfly sprint challenge in action. This drill is all about building explosive power and speed, pushing our swimmers to give their absolute best in a short burst.

Even our youngest champions, like this 6-year-old, work on advanced skills like the butterfly. His underwater kicking is a great example of building a strong foundation from an early age.

Our Friday Fun Fly session is all about ending the week strong. We work on butterfly drills both in and out of the water to improve technique and build muscle memory.

A Saturday morning session focused on the dolphin kick. I guide the intermediate group through drills with and without boards to improve hip movement and generate more power, and they feel the difference.

Kicking it into high gear with freestyle wall kicks. We build leg strength and speed by alternating between drills with and without flippers, helping swimmers feel the water and improve their propulsion.

Winter training is the perfect time to refine backstroke technique. In our heated pool, we focus on maintaining a long, relaxed body, rotating through the core, and keeping a steady kick.

Even in 5-degree weather, our swimmers are in the heated pool refining their backstroke. Small adjustments to body position and core rotation make a huge difference in efficiency and speed.

A Friday morning kickstart with freestyle drills. Using kickboards allows our swimmers to isolate their leg muscles, building a stronger, more effective kick that will power them through the water.

About Mastering the Strokes: Technique & Drills

We don't just swim laps, we obsess over the mechanics that make you faster and safer. Whether it is using a kickboard to isolate leg engagement or adjusting core rotation for backstroke, our coaches provide real-time micro-corrections during every session. You will feel the difference in your grip on the water from the very first drill.
