I’m Bhavana, and for 25 years, making custom occasion wear has been my thing. Every time someone walks out in something I’ve created, I feel like I’m part of their story. If you want something unique for your big day, I listen and help you figure out what feels right - even if you’re not sure yet what that is.
What I’m Known For
I get a lot of requests for hand-embroidered blouses for events. I’ve got thousands of ideas, but I never copy-paste. Your blouse is always just for you - whether you want classic red-and-gold, birds, florals, or something you dream up. I add details like matching latkans, and the finish is all about the little things.
Beyond Blouses
I love making bespoke silk saree lehengas, especially for engagements. Ethnic or western, I’ve stitched for clients all over, even a German client who said I really “got” what she wanted. That’s what I aim for with everyone.
For Kids and Pets Too
Personalized ethnic kidswear is something I enjoy - cute pattu pavadai, birthday dresses, you name it. And if you want pet occasion outfits, yes, I’ve stitched for furry friends too!

My Story
Hey, Bhavana here. Been at this for 25 years, and yeah, Brides of Bhavana is pretty much my life. Started with a love for threads and beads - now I get to see brides light up, little kids twirling, even a pup once in a tiny dress. Sometimes I just sit back and think, yaar (friend), how lucky am I to stitch a little happiness into someone’s special day? These happy costumers, they’re why I keep going.
