Stitching & Fit
- Custom-fit tailoring (Princess cut or Katori cut) with premium cotton and crepe/satin lining.
- Includes high-quality bust padding/cups.
- Closure options: Front hooks with metallic fasteners or back hooks with dori.
Embroidery Details
- Technique: Hand Embroidery using Aari, Threadwork, or Zardozi.
- Neckline: Deep neck borders (approx. 1 to 1.5 inch width) on front and back.
- Sleeves: Elbow length or short sleeves featuring elaborate hem borders and scattered body motifs (buttas).
Finishing
- Standard U, V, or Pot-neck back shapes.
- Includes matching fabric latkans (tassels) or beaded hangings.
Heavy Bridal Maggam Blouse
Design Scope
- Motifs: Bespoke sketching of storytelling elements (Peacocks, Elephants, or Bride-Groom figures).
- Sleeves: Full filler work (base fabric barely visible) using Zardozi, French Knots, and Cutdana.
- Back: Heavy neckline borders with central motifs or elaborate cut-work designs (Jali).
Structural Stitching
- Advanced heavy-duty stitching with double lining.
- Canvas reinforcement included to support the weight of heavy embroidery.
- Velvet fabric sourcing available for contrast designs.

- Latkans: Heavy, customized bridal tassels (Jhumki or cushion style) fully embroidered to match the blouse.

- Usage of original Saree Pallu (if length permits).
- Alternatively, sourcing and dyeing of a matching Net/Georgette Dupatta with hand-embroidered borders.

My Story
Hey, Bhavana here. Been at this for 25 years, and yeah, Brides of Bhavana is pretty much my life. Started with a love for threads and beads - now I get to see brides light up, little kids twirling, even a pup once in a tiny dress.
