I set up live food stations so guests can see, smell, and taste real cooking right in front of them. My chefs aren’t hidden in the kitchen - they prepare everything fresh, live, and full of energy, so every plate feels like a mini show.

The Menu at Your Event

I stick to pure vegetarian fare, but there’s loads of variety. You can mix and match:

• Live chaat station with Pani Puri, Bhel, Palak Pattha, and a few wildcards like Gulkhan Chat.
• Dosa, Poori, Kerala Parota, Naans, and Rotis, made hot at the tawa and tandoor.
• Hot vegetarian snacks - think Paneer Tikka, Gobi Manchuri, pakodas, bajjis, bondas.
• If you want more, I can add live sandwich and mini pizza counters.
