This is my Kondattam Chicken, a dish people always ask for. It's crispy, spicy, and full of flavor, a perfect example of how I focus on getting the taste just right.
I can handle events of any size. Here is a beautifully lit outdoor wedding reception at Bliss Convention Centre, where my team ensured every guest felt welcomed with great food and service.
I love adding a fun twist. This was a Toddy Shop themed setup we did, complete with live cooking stations that brought a unique, local flavor to the celebration.

A salad bar doesn't have to be boring. I designed this vibrant, tropical-themed salad and starter counter with a neon sign for a fun, fresh, and healthy option at an outdoor event.
As a specialist in Kerala catering, the Onam Sadhya is very close to my heart. Here you can see us serving a traditional feast on a banana leaf during Onam celebrations at Nikoo Homes.
