Hands-On Art & Craft Workshops in Jakkur
At Bond Over Bindings, art isn't about perfection, it's about the process. From messy clay sessions to freestyle doodling, we invite your child to explore, create, and get a little messy in our Jakkur studio.

We were so excited to finally try wall mural art at our space. This was a powerful and creative way to build focus and commitment, as kids worked together to paint a beautiful, colorful mural on our wall.
Art has no age limit. Our Pichwai painting workshop was a wholesome and therapeutic experience for all age groups, where participants learned this traditional art form and created stunning pieces.
Our nature art week was filled with engaging activities inspired by the great outdoors. Here, kids are working on art projects based on the book "Muddy Feet Raya," connecting stories with nature.

About Hands-On Art & Craft
We provide all the materials and the floor space, so you do not have to worry about the cleanup at home. Whether it is pottery, texture art, or painting, our sessions are designed to be hands-on and stress-free for both you and your child. Just bring them in, and we will handle the rest.
Why We Focus on Hands-On Art
At BOB, we believe the best way to learn is to actually do it. Instead of sitting through lectures, kids at our Jakkur studio jump right into the action. We have seen firsthand that when children get their hands dirty with clay or paint, they are not just making art; they are building focus, patience, and confidence.
What You Will Find at Our Workshops
Our art sessions cover a wide variety of mediums to keep kids engaged and excited:
- Pottery & Clay Work: From coil pottery to sculpting miniatures, kids learn to shape raw material into something they can hold. These sessions are perfect for developing fine motor skills and tactile awareness.
- Free-Style Doodling: We strip away the rules. We show kids that a simple scribble can become a character. It is all about expression, not having a perfect final product.
- Texture & Traditional Art: We love mixing things up, from tissue and twine texture paintings to traditional forms like Pichwai, Warli, and Kutchi mud work. It is a great way for children to connect with different creative styles.
- Book & Paper Crafts: Since we are a bookstore at heart, we often combine storytelling with craft, helping kids make their own accordion books or paper puppets.
The BOB Environment
We keep our batch sizes small, usually capped at 10 to 15 participants. This allows every child to get the attention they need. We operate in a shoe-free, relaxed zone with floor seating, creating a homey atmosphere where kids feel comfortable to run around, experiment, and just be themselves. Whether you have a toddler or a teen, we make sure the activities are age-appropriate and fun.
Bond Over Bindings
I'm Neha, and at Bond Over Bindings, I believe art is the best way for kids to find their voice. Whether it's a quiet hour of doodling or a lively pottery session, we keep things relaxed, real, and a little bit messy.
