About this collection
You don't need a background in dance for these sessions. I teach a follow-the-leader cardio flow, which means zero complex choreography breakdowns and no pressure to get the steps perfect. Just bring your energy, follow my lead, and focus on the club-style music. It is all about letting loose and finding your groove, not being a perfectionist.

Everyone. Whether you have two left feet or you are a regular on the dance floor, you will fit right in. My 'sweetipies' come from all walks of life—students, working professionals, and anyone who needs a stress-buster after a long day. We don't judge; we just move.
The Bangalore & London Connection
I bring the same energy to my sessions whether I am in a studio in Bangalore or leading a warm-up at a large festival like Afrosekita. My goal is to read the crowd. If I see people starting to think it is just another routine, I throw in a dance battle, a circle jam, or some interactive element to keep the energy levels peaking.
What to bring
Just comfortable shoes, plenty of water, and an open mind. You do not need any special gear. We are going to whistle, sing, and sweat until the music stops. If you have a favorite track you want to groove to, let me know. This is a community, and our bond is built by dance.
