This is what pure happiness looks like. Leading a huge, energetic crowd during a sunny outdoor Holi festival event is a feeling I can't describe. This is the essence of my BollyBeats sessions: all about community, high energy, and dancing your heart out with zero inhibitions.
This was my last class in Bangalore before moving, and the energy was everything. We started with just two people, and it grew into this amazing family. This video captures the love and support of my 'sweetipies' in a packed studio session, a memory I will always cherish.

About this collection
My dance sessions aren't about getting the steps perfect. It's about moving until you stop worrying about how you look and just start enjoying the music. Whether it's a corporate team-building event or a studio class, I focus on building a connection where everyone feels comfortable enough to let loose, whistle, and sing along to the tracks.
I built my method around the idea that dance should be your therapy. When I started, it was just two people in a room. Now, whether I am leading 5,000 people at a marathon warm-up or keeping it intimate in a studio, the goal remains the same: pure energy. I mix BollyBeats, Latin rhythms, and Bhangra to make sure you forget you are even exercising.
My sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of whether you have two left feet or you are a seasoned pro. In my Mixtape Madness sessions, we keep the choreography simple and the intensity high. If you are a corporate team looking to de-stress, I bring that same party atmosphere to your office, using dance as an ice-breaker to build real bonds between colleagues.
You will see a lot of singing, some whistling, and definitely some messy, happy movement. I don't care about polished performances. I care about seeing you sweat, smile, and find that moment when the music completely takes over.
