My Approach to Zumba®
When I say party, I mean it. My Zumba® sessions are a fusion of international rhythms, from Salsa and Reggaeton to the high-energy beats of BollyBeats®. I pull from the latest ZIN volumes to ensure the playlist is always fresh and driving the class intensity.
Why This Isn't a Standard Gym Class
- No Performance Pressure: We are here to sweat, not to perform. If you miss a step, just keep moving. The goal is to keep your heart rate up and your mood higher.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: Whether you are a total beginner or a fitness enthusiast, you fit right in. My community, my 'sweetipies', is built on support and shared energy. We cheer for each other, whistle, and sometimes even sing along.
- Adaptable Intensity: I manage the flow so it works for a quick corporate stress-buster or a weekend fitness explosion.

I have extensive experience bringing this energy to corporate settings, including sessions for teams at companies like Dassault Systems and JCPenney in Bangalore.
