This is a 3D concept for a modern bungalow, designed to make a bold statement. I focused on creating a dynamic, flowing structure with clean lines and large glass windows to connect the interior with the surrounding landscape.

It all starts with 3D visualization. Before we break ground, I want you to walk through your future home in the digital space. This helps us refine the sun path, structural massing, and those little details, like folding glass doors that blur the line between your living room and the terrace, before we even pick up a hammer.
Architecture is about more than just square footage. It is about how light hits a room at 4 PM and how your home feels when the breeze flows through. When I approach a bungalow or penthouse project, I look at the big picture first. We start with site analysis, studying sun paths and wind direction, to ensure your home is naturally lit and energy efficient.
I believe in transparency throughout the process. My architectural service covers the full spectrum, from complex structural coordination for cantilevered roofs and glass facades to MEP layouts that hide the clutter of wiring and plumbing.
