Designing a home bar is about setting a mood, whether you want a sophisticated vibe for hosting or a quiet corner to unwind. I focus on creating spaces that blend style with your personal way of relaxing.

A concept for a sophisticated smoke lounge and bar area. The design features a dramatic gold patterned ceiling, custom bottle displays, and elegant bar seating.

Another view of the smoke lounge bar. This shot highlights the backlit bar front with its geometric pattern and the hanging glass and bottle racks that are both functional and decorative.

A design for a different kind of lounge, with a more relaxed and artistic feel. This space features low seating, sheer curtains for privacy, and walls adorned with empty golden frames for a quirky, eclectic vibe.

A restaurant design concept with a charming blue and white theme. The space uses classic furniture, patterned ceiling details, and elegant archways to create a welcoming and stylish dining experience.

About this collection

The secret to a great home bar is not just the bottle display, it is the lighting and the texture of the counter. I often use backlit onyx or patterned acrylic panels to create a warm, inviting glow. When we plan these, we look at how the light hits your chosen stone or wood finish so the area looks high-end even when the lights are low.

When I design a lounge or bar, I think about how you will actually use the space. Is it for quiet evenings or loud parties? If it is a smoke lounge, we need high-quality extraction and durable materials like PU-finished wood that can handle heat and moisture. For a home bar, the goal is to make it look like a piece of art even when it is not in use.

I use backlit onyx or patterned panels because they add depth without taking up floor space. Think about the storage too. We need to hide the clutter of bottles and glassware behind clean, soft-close shutters so the room remains visually calm. I also love mixing materials—gold inlay strips against dark veneers or rich marble countertops—to create that tactile experience. It is all about the details, the kind of quality you feel when you run your hand over the counter. Whether you have an empty corner or a dedicated room, we can find a way to make it your favorite part of the house. Let's create a space that feels like your own private lounge.
