I calculate your macros based on the real food you eat every day—whether that is rice, roti, or chicken. We focus on getting your protein intake correct and managing your calorie deficit, not starving you. The Home Training Advantage
If you cannot make it to a commercial gym, you do not need to stop training. I specialize in designing home workout plans that use bodyweight, dumbbells, or whatever equipment you have available. I prioritize hypertrophy and strength, ensuring you do not just 'move around' but actually challenge your muscles.
Accountability for Results
This is not a 'pay and forget' service. Every two weeks, I analyze your progress photos and scale data to tweak your cardio duration and diet. If you are struggling with form, I review your training videos to correct your posture and maximize muscle engagement.
