About Personalized Shoe Painting
I don't just paint on top. I first deglaze the factory finish so the paint actually bonds to the leather. Without that prep, the art will crack the first time you walk in them. I use specialist flexible acrylics and seal it with a water-resistant varnish, so your sneakers stay wearable, not just for show.
Whether you want a cartoon character or a custom pattern, the process is the same. First, you send me your shoes. I need them clean, or I can do a deep cleaning as part of the service. I then strip the factory coating with acetone. This is the secret step many skip. Once the surface is ready, I use flexible acrylic leather paints that move with your foot. After the art is done, I apply a protective varnish. This varnish is what keeps the design water-resistant and prevents it from cracking or peeling. Turnaround time is usually 3 to 5 days depending on the design complexity. You can ship your shoes to me in Delhi, or drop them off at my studio. Your sneakers are your canvas, and I am here to make sure the paint stays as fresh as the day you got them. I work on new or clean used shoes.
