We start with your vision. I create digital mood boards to pin down your style, color palette, and texture preferences. To remove the guesswork, I use Vray and Lumion to build photorealistic 3D renders. You see your room before we buy a single material.
2. Technical Documentation
This is where most projects fail, so I prioritize detail. You receive:
- Wall & Demolition Plans: Precise markings for any structural changes.
- Furniture Layouts: Scaled plans to ensure traffic flow and comfort.
- Electrical & Ceiling Plans: Detailed conduit routes, switchboard elevations, and lighting positions.
- Joinery Details: Specific instructions for your carpenter regarding hinges, depths, and hardware.
