You do not need any dance experience to join. Just bring your comfortable shoes, and we will handle the rest.
Yoga for Balance
If you prefer something slower, our Power and Hatha yoga classes help with flexibility and tension release. We incorporate breathing exercises and Sun Salutations to help you start or end your day with clarity.
