About Cat Rescue & Rehabilitation
Why We Do What We Do
Every cat deserves a shot at a good life. We're out there in Bangalore, seeing cats in rough shape - accident cases, abuse survivors, and tiny kittens left on their own. Not gonna lie, it’s tough work and not always a happy ending, but when we see a rescue turn into a recovery, it just hits different.
How Our Rescue Works
No big animal shelter here - we run a foster-based cat rescue in Bangalore. Basically, it’s all about a network of regular folks who open their homes. Cats stay in real houses, not cages, so they can actually chill and start to heal. Our volunteers handle jobs and families but still find time for these cats.
What We Actually Do
- Emergency cat recovery support: we get about 25 calls a day, and most are urgent
- Accident and attack victims, burned or paralyzed cats, cruelty cases, and abandoned kittens
- We work with cats that need serious medical help, sometimes hand-raising kittens around the clock
The Recovery Part
After the scary part, cats go to foster homes for home rehabilitation. That means meds, after-care, even teaching them stuff like walking again or coping if they lost their sight. Emotional healing’s a big deal - lots of these cats need time and patience to trust again.
Our Stories
Not everything is a miracle, but when it happens, wow. Like a paralyzed kitten learning to walk, or a cat who was beaten up now sleeping peacefully in a loving home. That’s what keeps us going.

My Story
Hey, we’re Cat Squad, but most folks call us BCS. Started out ten years ago, just a bunch of us who couldn’t walk past a hungry street cat. We’re not a shelter with cages – we’re a wild mix of feeders, rescuers, and cat lovers, all running on chai and WhatsApp. Our cats crash at foster homes, not kennels. Some days are rough, like when we found Java barely hanging on, but seeing a floofy Indian cat finally snoozing in their new home? That’s why we keep at it. All heart, all hustle.
My Work
All-in-one Cat Rescue & Adoption - We do Indian cat adoption, rescue ops, foster care, TNR, plus post-adoption support for cats and families.
Adoption Process - You fill a form, we chat, we match you with a foster cat that fits your vibe. Simple, not scary.
Why Us - Our foster cats in Bangalore live in homes, not shelters. They’re litter-trained, social, and used to real life.
Care Promise - Every cat gets vet-checked, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered before meeting their new fam.
Our Kind of Family - We want folks who’ll keep cats safe, indoors, and shower them with love. It’s a lifetime thing.
