For these large projects, the real work happens underground long before you see the grass. We personally manage the contouring and soil enrichment process, layering red soil and organic manure to build natural-looking mounds. This drainage and soil prep is the primary reason the turf stays green and lush throughout the year, rather than yellowing or drying out after a few months.
Transforming a large, empty plot into a functional landscape is not just about rolling out grass. It starts with site clearance, removing construction debris and leveling the ground. Our team brings in fresh red soil mixed with organic vermicompost, usually to a depth of 2 to 4 inches, to give your plants and turf the right foundation to thrive in Bangalore's climate.
We specialize in creating visual depth by contouring the land. Instead of a flat, boring backyard, we create gentle mud mounds that make the space feel larger and more dynamic. Once the levels are set, we install Mexican or Pearl Carpet Grass. It is labor-intensive, but the result is a lawn that feels soft and looks full immediately.
For hardscaping, we use natural stone slabs like Sadarahalli Granite or Kadapa, keeping it authentic and easy to maintain. We pair this with strategically placed ornamental trees, with Palms and Ficus being local favorites, and flowering border hedges. Whether you want a simple rock garden or a structured path for evening walks, we map it out using 3D plans before we touch the soil. We do not just dump plants and leave; we handle the irrigation and provide a maintenance plan to ensure your investment stays healthy.
