Standard Room & Ceiling Decor

Core Decoration

Ceiling & Floor Arrangement: 100 to 150 air filled metallic or pastel balloons. Approximately 40 to 50 attached to the ceiling with ribbons to simulate a helium look, with the rest scattered on the floor or bed.
Foil Balloons: Includes one standard 16 inch foil banner (Happy Birthday, Anniversary, or Welcome). Added accents of 2 to 4 thematic shaped foils like Hearts, Stars, or Champagne Bottles.
Photo Strings: Ribbons attached to ceiling balloons holding up to 15 printed photographs (digital photos to be provided by client 24 hours prior).

Installation Specs

Method: Balloons are secured using paper tape or glue dots.
Duration: Setup takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
Note: Balloons are air filled and do not float on their own (no helium used).

Ring Backdrop with Neon Sign

Backdrop Structure

Frame: One 6x6 ft or 7x7 ft metal Circular Ring frame OR a rectangular stand with fabric draping (white or pastel curtains).
Balloon Garland: Organic style demi arch decoration covering 50 to 60 percent of the frame. Uses a mix of approximately 250 balloons in 2 to 3 colors for a textured look.
Neon Sign: Rental of one standard acrylic neon light signage (e.g., Happy Birthday, Better Together, Oh Baby).

Props & Lighting

Cake Display: 1 to 2 Cylinder stands (white or wireframe) for cake cutting.
Floral Accents: Approx 4 to 6 artificial flower bunches interspersed within the balloons or on the frame.
Illumination: 1 to 2 LED par cans (uplights) to illuminate the backdrop.

Logistics

Rental Basis: Frames, neon signs, stands, and lights are on a rental basis and collected after the event.
Setup Time: Requires 2 to 3 hours for assembly.

Premium Shimmer or Themed Setup

Premium Backdrop

Choice of Style: Option A is a 6x6 ft to 8x8 ft Gold, Silver, or Black Shimmer Wall with active sequin panels. Option B is a customized printed flex backdrop or Green Grass wall with specific theme elements.
Balloon Art: Extensive organic balloon garland (L shape or inverted U shape) bordering the backdrop. Uses premium Chrome (high shine) and Pastel balloons.

Themed Props

Signage: Personalized name board or large rental Marquee light up numbers (e.g., age digits).
Cutouts: 2 to 3 Large foam board or sunboard cutouts (3ft to 4ft tall characters or elements).
Flooring: Red carpet or theme matching rug for the photo area.

Additional Specs

Lighting: Focus lights to enhance the shimmer effect and internal lighting for props.
Support: Includes onsite support for electrical connections during setup and breakdown service.

I help make your celebrations look special, no matter if it’s a small home get-together or a big milestone. You tell me what you’re celebrating - I handle the vibe and setup. I’m based in Mumbai, so I can work anywhere from your living room to a banquet hall.

What I Set Up

Anniversaries: From simple living room balloon arches to those big “25” foil numbers and “Happy Anniversary” neon sign event decor.
Welcome Home: Grand balloon pillars at your entrance, red carpets, or those cute “Welcome Baby” setups with teddy bears and baby colors.
Pre-Wedding: If it’s Haldi, I go full-on with marigold garlands for Haldi ceremony, genda phool, and chhatris. Bridal showers? I love doing white drapes, flowers, and the “Better Together” neon board.
Any Party: New Year’s Eve, couple birthdays, or just because - you got it.

Decoration Elements

Balloons are my thing - full arches, circle rings, pastel, chrome, whatever you like.
Lights: Marquee numbers, fairy lights, neon boards really make your backdrop stand out.
Backdrops: I do shimmer curtains, sequin, fake grass, and even custom photo booth backdrop decoration.
Props: Name boards, themed cutouts, sometimes even a lounge chair for the stage.
Flowers: Real or fake, I use what suits your style - from marigold to modern floral arches.
