When you bring me an image or a rough sketch, we are not just looking for a visual copy. My process involves analyzing the composition, determining the structural support needed for those 3D elements, and ensuring every edible detail, from color palettes to hand-sculpted fondant toppers, is perfectly balanced. If I see a design element that will not hold up in Mumbai's humidity, I will tell you upfront and suggest a structural alternative that keeps the look intact without sacrificing stability.

Turning an image into a cake is a conversation, not just a baking task. When you send me a reference, I start by breaking it down into technical layers. We look at the scale, the structural requirements, and the flavor pairings that will complement the design.
