For a 60th milestone birthday, I was asked to create a cake that told a life story. This two-tier design features a handcrafted fondant figure of the birthday dad enjoying his favorite things: chai, his puppies, action movies, and even Misal Pav.

A cake to celebrate a sacred milestone, this design was for a baby's Annaprashan, or first rice ceremony. It features a hand-sculpted baby topper in a traditional Bengali topor, surrounded by symbolic items like the Bhagavad Gita, fruits, and kheer.

I don't just bake, I collaborate. If you have a rough sketch, a vague idea, or even a wild AI-generated image, share it with me. I love the challenge of translating those concepts into edible reality, whether it's sketching out the design first or engineering structural elements for anti-gravity cakes.
My journey from a classroom to the kitchen has taught me one thing: people don't just want a cake, they want a memory you can eat. Whether it is a 60th birthday requiring a 3D sculpted portrait of a dad with his puppies or a delicate Annaprashan ceremony, my focus is always on the story.
How I Work
Every order starts with a conversation. I am based in Andheri East and handle delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, ensuring that even the most complex structures, like my anti-gravity or tiered cakes, arrive safely. Because I work with eggless recipes, I focus on premium ingredients to ensure the flavor is as bold as the design.
The Design Process
When you approach me with a theme, we look at the logistics first. For children’s themes like Harry Potter or mermaid worlds, I use a mix of hand-crafted fondant and high-quality printed toppers. If you want something truly distinct, like a gym-themed cake or a custom 3D figure, I take the time to sketch the design before we start baking.
What Goes Inside
- Structure: I use food-grade dowels and internal trussing for tall or anti-gravity cakes so they stay upright throughout your event.
- Flavors: While I love traditional profiles like Belgian Chocolate Truffle, I enjoy experimenting with fusion flavors like Rasmalai for more traditional celebrations.
- Finishes: I prefer a whipped cream base for its lighter texture, but I am comfortable with fondant and ganache for sharp, modern aesthetics.
