The secret to a great theme cake is the structure behind the design. Whether you want a gravity-defying candy land creation or a precise portrait of a favorite character, I ensure all internal armatures are food-safe and sturdy so your cake travels well and holds its shape until it is time to cut.
Designing a custom cake is about balancing taste with visual impact. Many of my clients prefer a mix of textures, which is why I often use a base of stable buttercream or ganache. This ensures the cake stays moist and delicious while providing a solid canvas for fondant accents, hand-piped figures, or stenciled patterns.
I treat every order as a mini project. When we discuss your theme, I look at the practicalities—how many guests you are feeding, the venue temperature, and the transportation distance in Mumbai traffic. This helps me decide if a simple whipped cream finish or a structured fondant design is the right choice for your specific celebration.
All my creations are 100% eggless and FSSAI certified. I bake everything fresh in my Prabhadevi kitchen based on your pre-orders.
