Because I make every cake from scratch, I require at least 48 hours to prepare your order. This time allows me to source fresh ingredients and focus on the small details—like hand-piping your message or smoothing the chocolate ganache—so your cake is perfect for your celebration.
When you order a cake from my kitchen, you are getting something made with real ingredients, not mixes. I believe the process is just as important as the taste.
My Process
I start with quality basics. Whether you choose a classic vanilla genoise or a rich, dark chocolate mud cake, everything is measured and baked to order. For my chocolate creations, I use couverture chocolate, which contains real cocoa butter for a richer flavor and mouthfeel. You won't find vegetable fats here.
The Finishing Touches
This is the part I love most. When I frost a cake with my signature dark chocolate ganache, I spend time ensuring the edges are sharp and the surface is smooth. If you have requested a message, I use a steady hand and a piping bag to write it directly onto the cake or the board. It is not printed or stamped; it is written by me, with care.
Customization
Every cake is unique. Whether it is adding homemade salted caramel layers to a dark chocolate cake or placing specific props for a themed party, I handle it myself. If you are looking for an eggless option, I can adapt most of my recipes without compromising on texture.
Planning Your Order
Since I do not keep pre-made cakes in stock, the 48-hour lead time is essential. It lets me manage the baking, cooling, and decorating stages properly so the final product is fresh when it reaches your table. If you have a specific vision, share it with me, and I will do my best to make it happen.
