Every cake you see here started with a simple idea or a heartfelt request. Whether it is a Spiderman theme for a toddler or a minimalist butterfly cake for a sweet sixteen, I bake 100% eggless and from scratch in my Gurgaon home kitchen. Because I do all the piping, carving, and fondant work myself, I ask for at least three days of notice so I can give your cake the full attention and detail it deserves.
I started this journey in my home kitchen, and it has been a wild ride of learning, piping, and experimenting. When I take on a custom theme, like a Harry Potter snitch cake or a tiered wedding masterpiece, I am not just baking a sponge. I am thinking about the structure, the flavor pairings, and how to capture the tiny details that make a cake feel like yours.
My kitchen is based near New Colony, and I handle all orders personally, which means I can be flexible with your vision but also honest about what works best. For example, if you want a gravity-defying theme or a photo cake, we can discuss the best way to execute it using safe, edible materials. I love playing with combinations like Mango Pistachio or classic Choco Truffle, and I am always down for a bit of creative 'jugaad' to get that perfect look.
Whether you need a bento box cake for a quick celebration or a large monogram cake for a big party, my goal is to keep things fresh and tasty. Since I do not use eggs, I focus on perfecting the texture of my sponges so they stay soft and moist.
