When I started Bakelicious in Gurgaon, my goal was simple: to offer treats that taste like home. Whether you are looking for soft-batch chocolate chip cookies or a loaf of tea cake for gifting, everything is 100% eggless. I believe that baking is a constant learning process, and I pour that passion into every batch.
The Menu
- Shudh Desi Ghee Nankhatai: This is a customer favorite. I use pure desi ghee for an authentic, melt-in-the-mouth texture. I hand-roll every piece and finish them with a pistachio sliver. These are perfect for chai-time or as a traditional gift.
- Chocolate-Glazed Doughnuts: These are cake-style doughnuts with a dense, moist crumb, dipped in dark chocolate ganache. Because I avoid preservatives, I recommend enjoying them within the first two days of delivery.
- Tea Cake Loaves: Available in vanilla, marble, or chai-spiced flavors. These are wrapped in ribbon-tied cellophane, making them ideal for hampers or a thoughtful gift.
- Soft-Batch Cookies: My cookies are thick, American-style soft-batch with chewy centers, loaded with dark chocolate chips.
