Fondant-Free Custom Theme Cakes
Edible Components
- Base: 100% Eggless sponge (Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet).
- Frosting: Whipped cream, Ganache, or Buttercream. Strictly No Fondant used for covering.
- Decorations: Edible sprinkles, gold/silver balls, chocolate drips, or piped floral work.
Design & Non-Edible Elements
- Theme Execution: Character elements achieved using Cardstock/Paper Cutouts or Acrylic toppers.
- Structure: Wooden skewers or dowels used for internal support on taller cakes.
Packaging & Accessories
- Box: Standard cardboard cake box.
- Essentials: 1 Plastic serrated knife and 1 standard wax candle.
- Base: Grease-proof cake board.
Signature Half & Half Cakes
Flavor Configuration
- Dual Base: Split vertically into two different sponges (e.g., Left side Vanilla, Right side Chocolate).

How It All Started
I never planned to be a baker. I actually studied fashion, but lockdown changed everything. I started sharing my bakes online, and suddenly, it became my full-time thing. My Ma is my partner, my biggest cheerleader, and honestly, Bakemyday wouldn’t exist without her. Every cake comes straight from our home kitchen, with loads of love.

Can’t pick one flavor? Our half & half cake flavors let you mix two totally different tastes in one cake. Ras Malai meets Chocolate, Biscoff meets Ferrero - you get the idea.

My Story
You know, I actually started out in fashion - wild, right? Ran my own label for years, then Covid hit, and I kinda fell into baking. Never thought it’d be my thing, but here we are, 5 years deep, loving every messy, sweet minute. My mom’s my secret weapon - she’s always with me, even on those late night cake rushes. From a home baker to my own studio in Goregaon, it’s been a ride. Super grateful, honestly.
