Let me introduce the minds behind Baésic Fit. I’m Nelson, a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and sports nutritionist, and this is Abhishek, a chef with over a decade of experience. Together, we combine culinary art with nutritional science to create food that’s both delicious and perfectly balanced.

Our weekends are a whirlwind of cooking, prepping, and creating. This is a little glimpse into the energy and passion that our team pours into every single meal we make. We love what we do, and we think it shows in the food.

To give you more flexibility, we introduced our alternative menu. You can now pick any dish for breakfast, snacks, and desserts, or swap your lunch and dinner. We handle the macros so you can enjoy the variety.
