I got tired of seeing food turn into a bunch of rules. So at Baesic Fit, we just make stuff that tastes good and doesn’t make you feel bad about eating it. Curiosity over guilt - that’s the vibe.

What Makes Our Treats Different

  • No refined sugar, ever. We use natural sweeteners so you skip the sugar crash and get steady energy.
  • Every dessert is loaded with protein - from 23g up to 48g. You actually feel full, and it helps your body recover.
  • We ditched maida (refined flour) for millets like jowar and ragi, almond flour, and even jackfruit flour. These are low-GI, high fiber, and just better for you.
  • Most of our stuff is vegan and dairy-free. We get creative with things like aquafaba (chickpea water) to make mousses that are light and airy, no eggs or cream needed.

My Story

We’re just a bunch of food nerds who think eating healthy shouldn’t mean you’re stuck with sad salads. Food is memories, right? Like, our chef once had this wild puttanesca outside Naples—now it’s a lasagna on our menu.
