Today's class was all about mastering those mesmerizing hip twists and getting down with some intricate floor work. Our thighs, glutes, and obliques got the ultimate workout!

The sitting Chu Chu Shimmy is a fun, quirky dance move that combines a duck walk with a lively shimmy. It’s a great challenge for the quads!

Shimmy plus side plank equals 100 percent sass, zero percent chill. The struggle is real, but so is the slay! A great fusion of fitness and dance.
