About this collection
You do not need to be flexible or have a dance background to join us. We break down the basics of belly dance, focusing on proper posture, isolations, and Middle Eastern rhythms, while blending in fun, accessible Bollywood fusion routines so you leave each session feeling like you have learned a complete piece.
We created these beginner courses because we believe dance is a language, not just a workout. At Nrityakosh, we move away from the 'fitness-only' approach to focus on the art form itself. When you join our beginner sessions in Koramangala, you are signing up for an understanding of how your body moves, how to listen to Middle Eastern rhythms, and how to express yourself through dance.
