People ask where I stay, and I tell them: I live on orders. Here is a glimpse into what goes into creating the designs you see, from mixing my own organic henna to the long hours spent with my brides across Mumbai.

When people ask where I am, the answer is simple: "Main toh order pe hi rehti hoon." This is a glimpse into my life, traveling and creating art for my clients. Work is life.

When I'm offline, this is usually where you'll find me. I'm completely focused on my art, sitting with my clients for hours to create the perfect bridal mehendi.

You don't choose art, art chooses you. A short video showing my process, from mixing fresh henna paste to creating intricate designs and capturing the final result.

"What kind of art do you do?" This is my art. A video that proudly showcases the intricate and beautiful world of bridal mehendi.

About A Day in My Life

Making your mehendi isn't just about the final design, it starts 48 hours before I even reach your venue. I prepare my own organic henna paste from scratch, ensuring that the consistency is perfect for the intricate patterns you want. When you see me working, you are watching the result of those two days of preparation, which is exactly why that deep, dark maroon stain is guaranteed every single time.

People often see the finished, stained mehendi and think it just happens. But for me, the real work is in the preparation. My day doesn't start when I arrive at your wedding venue in Mulund or Ville Parle; it begins in my studio, meticulously mixing ingredients for my organic henna paste.

I do not believe in store-bought cones. By making my own paste, I control the flow, the smell, and, most importantly, the staining power. That stain pic you want to post on Instagram comes from a mix prepared exactly 24 to 48 hours before your event.

What goes into my day?

  • Consultation and Planning: Whether it is a classic peacock motif or a custom city skyline, I sketch it out first.
  • The Application: This is the meditation phase. I sit with you for hours, sometimes late into the night, ensuring every line is crisp and symmetrical.
  • Aftercare Guidance: I do not just leave after the application. I walk you through the lemon-sugar sealant process because a dark stain is the only acceptable end to my work.

If you have been wondering why you see me offline or traveling across Mumbai, it is because I am fully immersed in the process. I treat every bride's hands like a canvas that tells a story, and that requires focus, precision, and a whole lot of coffee.
