About this collection
We do not do 'boring' gym hours here. Our strength and yoga routines are woven into our weekly dance schedule, meaning you get the high-energy cardio from Bhangra or Zumba, followed by core-strengthening planks, squats, and deep-stretch yoga. It is all about balance—you push hard in the dance sessions and use these segments to reset your muscles and improve your flexibility before the next batch.
Getting strong does not have to mean standing alone with heavy weights. At Aura, we believe that fitness is a cycle of activity and recovery. That is why our strength, stretch, and yoga segments are critical parts of our weekly rhythm in Sector 12.
When you join our batches, you are not just dancing; you are building a functional, flexible body. Here is why this mix matters:
- Muscle Recovery: After intense dance moves, your muscles need targeted stretching to stay injury-free and pliable.
- Core Stability: We integrate planks and squats into our warm-ups and cool-downs to help you maintain posture and power, whether you are dancing or going about your day.
- The Setup: Our 1200 sq. ft. studio features shock-absorbent wooden flooring, which is vital for protecting your joints during both high-impact movements and floor-based yoga exercises.
Because we cap our batch sizes to maintain that 'family' feeling, you get plenty of room to move on your mat. You will not find the gymtimidation of a massive fitness center here. Instead, you get a group of people cheering each other on during those last few reps of a plank or the final hold of a stretch. We offer both monthly and quarterly packages, so you can pick the timeline that works best for your transformation goals.
